Adding FluentCase as an App on your Mobile Device or Tablet

This guide explains how to add the FluentCase web application (https://app.fluentcase.com) to your home screen on various mobile devices. Adding FluentCase as a home screen icon allows for quicker access and a more app-like experience.

For iPhone and iPad (iOS/iPadOS)

Steps to Add FluentCase to Home Screen:

1. Open Safari browser on your iOS device
   • Note: This process works only in Safari, not Chrome or other browsers on iOS

2. Navigate to https://app.fluentcase.com

3. Tap the Share icon at the bottom of the screen (square with an arrow pointing upward)
   • On older iOS versions, this may be at the top of the screen
   • On iPad, the share icon is in the top-right corner of the browser

4. Scroll down in the share menu and tap Add to Home Screen

5. On the next screen, you can:
   • Edit the name that will appear under the icon (default is “FluentCase”)
   • View the URL (should be app.fluentcase.com)

6. Tap Add in the top-right corner

7. The FluentCase icon will now appear on your home screen and can be moved like any other app icon

For Android Devices

Using Chrome:

1. Open Chrome browser on your Android device

2. Navigate to https://app.fluentcase.com

3. Tap the Menu icon (three dots) in the top-right corner

4. Select Add to Home screen or Install app (wording may vary based on your Chrome version)

5. Edit the name if desired and tap Add

6. Confirm by tapping Add or Install in the prompt that appears

7. The FluentCase icon will now appear on your home screen

Using Samsung Internet:

1. Open Samsung Internet browser

2. Navigate to https://app.fluentcase.com

3. Tap the Menu icon (three lines) in the bottom-right corner

4. Select Add page to and then Home screen

5. Edit the name if desired and tap Add

6. The FluentCase icon will now appear on your home screen

For Windows Mobile Devices

While Windows Mobile is largely discontinued, for any remaining users:

1. Open Microsoft Edge

2. Navigate to https://app.fluentcase.com

3. Tap the More button (three dots)

4. Select Pin to Start

5. Confirm by tapping Yes

6. The FluentCase icon will now appear on your Start screen
