How does an integration authenticate with the FluentCase API?

Use an API token. Integrations do not need a browser login or a magic login link.

1. Create an API token in Personal Preferences → API Tokens.
2. Send it with every request to https://app.fluentcase.com/api/...:

Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_TOKEN
Accept: application/json

A token keeps working until it expires or is deleted, whether or not anyone is signed in. Code running inside a signed-in FluentCase browser session can use that session instead, but a token is more reliable for anything that runs on its own.
