Does FluentCase have built-in eSignature like DocuSign?

No. FluentCase does not include or integrate with a client eSignature service such as DocuSign or HelloSign. To collect client signatures, use a third-party eSignature service and upload the signed document to the matter.

FluentCase does support staff signatures. Each user can add a signature on their My Account page (top-right avatar menu), either by drawing it with a mouse or touchscreen or by uploading a PNG, JPEG, GIF, or BMP image. The signature can then be merged into Word document templates as an image.
