Where do I find the Date of Injury on a matter?

Each injury’s Date of Injury (DOI) is listed under Injuries in the matter’s left navigation panel:

  1. Open the matter.
  2. Look under Injuries in the left navigation panel. Each injury is listed by type and date, for example Specific on 03/14/2025 or CT 01/01/2022 to 12/31/2022. An injury without a date shows (Date Not Set).
  3. Hover over an injury to see its EAMS number, description, and body parts. Click it to open the injury’s details.

The Injuries section appears only for matter types that include injuries. To add or correct a date, open the injury and click Edit.
