Why is a panel hidden when I open a message, memo, or document?

When you open a message, memo, document, or activity, it appears in a right panel next to the list you opened it from. A divider separates the two panels. If the divider was dragged all the way to one side, one panel collapses and appears to be missing.

1. Find the divider between the list and the right panel. When a panel is collapsed, the divider sits at the edge of the screen.
2. Double-click the divider to restore the collapsed panel, or drag it to the width you want.

FluentCase saves the panel widths to your user profile, so the layout stays the same after you refresh the page or log in again. Refreshing does not reset a collapsed panel.

On windows narrower than 992 pixels, the right panel fills the whole window and the list is hidden. Widen the browser window, or click the Close Panel button to return to the list.
